By commissioning me for custom artwork, custom characters, buying adopts from me, purchasing ychs or purchasing any other art, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS1. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.( full or partial refund will be given accordingly).2. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.3. The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.4. For complex characters there may be additional fees.5. You should NEVER remove my signature or watermark from my art.

II. ART/DESIGN RULES1. I will make art of:
a. Furry and or Anthropomorphic characters
b. Human/oid characters
c. Robots/Mechs/Gundams and other synthetic characters
d. Object head characters
e. Feral animal characters(SFW ONLY)
f. Women & Men of any body type
g. Characters that you don't own from media or that you have permission to commission art of
h. Characters that you own
i. Art celebrating queerness, culture, disability, and other important personal things
j. Designs of characters inspired by media
k. NSFW of consenting Adults (excluding characters from media, I can't always check if it's okay so I’d prefer not to at all)
l. Non-sexual ship art (will require permission if you don't own one or both of the characters, excluding characters from media)
m. Portraits of people and animals with consent from the party being drawn(keep in mind this art will NOT be realistic in any way)
n. Soft gore & light amounts or blood / Some fetishes (ASK first, please. I don't want this sort of thing sprung on me).2. I will NOT make art of:
a. Queerphobia, Transphobia, Homophobia, Racism, Ableism, Fatphobia, anti-Semitism, or any other dangerous belief systems or groups
b. Lolicon or other NSFW or underage characters (this includes characters that “look” underage but “aren't”)
c. Characters that portray offensive imagery
d. Feral NSFW of any kind (this includes characters that are “anthro mentally” but are “physically feral”)
e. NSFW of characters from media (i.e. MHA, Helluva Boss, Undertale, ect.)
f. Culturally appropriative imagery (i.e. misused “tribal” tattoos, head dresses, dream catchers, wendigos, ect.)
g. Race, gender, sexuality ect. swaps of ANY kind (Excludes character redesigns. I don't feel comfortable being paid money to change a character like that, especially if you don't own them).
h. Extreme Gore or Extreme Fetishes (if you're not sure if what you want counts, ASK).
i. Art/Characters of people I've blocked or blacklisted. (If I have blocked someone they are blacklisted).3. I will never work with anyone who I know makes art/characters/or supports; feral NSFW, NSFW of minor characters, Hateful / Offensive art, or anything like these. If you know of someone using my art or associating with me that participates in these things people do message me and inform me so I can deal with the issue promptly.

III. PAYMENT & FEES1. Half the payment is due upfront and is non-refundable after the sketch. The other half will be paid after the finished linework (you will not receive the finished piece if you do not pay both payments). If you are paying for art with a payment plan then 15% of the payment is due upfront and is non refundable.2. Payment is done through an invoice using USD. My preferred payment method is PayPal but other payment methods can be discussed. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.3. If I do not understand your character or I’m not given a visual reference for the character I may deny your commission. If you would like a tat feel free to ask for an estimate and I will give an answer based on the commission type and my current schedule.4. Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).5. The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.

IV. CLIENT EXPECTATIONS1. Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.2. Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject and/or a detailed description; mood boards are welcome for certain commissions!3. Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.4. Respond in a timely fashion.5. Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.6. Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

V. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE1. I will send over the first sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage. I will also do this for the final sketch. I will allow full revisions during the lineart stage if paid for. I will not allow complete revisions after the coloring stage.2. I will show WIPs via the main method of contact(i.e. didcord, telegram, ect.) and also other messages/emails if requested throughout the commission process.3. Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.4. Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.5. I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

VI. REVISIONS1. One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch/lineart phase and are covered in the commission price.2. No major revisions are allowed in the coloring stage but multiple minor revisions are allowed and are covered in the commission price.3. Little to no revisions are allowed in the shading/rendering stage and are covered in the commission price.4. Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.5. Revisions due to my own negligence are free.6. Additional major revisions will incur additional fees. Revisions after shading/rendering an art piece will likely be rejected. This is due to how I render art pieces. Some revisions in general will not be allowed.7. It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

VII. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY1. I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.2. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.3. I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.4. Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.5. The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.6. You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.7. For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at an additional charge of 50% the original price.8. Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.9. You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
a. Print the work for personal use.
Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
b. Use the artwork as reference for a study.
c. Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.
d. Color in my sketches or lineart. As long as my signature is left visible.
e. Make or Commission Art that is NOT offensive or immoral of adopts & custom characters.
f. Sell / trade designs for their proper value to other people and sell nsfw Designs to Consenting adult parties.10. You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
a. Claim the artwork as yours.
b. Remove my watermark/signature.
c. Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
d. Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
e. Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me. If the piece being reproduced commercially WITH rights purchased is NSFW then it MUST only be sold to consenting adult parties.
f. Sell any NSFW art or characters made by me to minors.
g. Ever use my art or designs for; Feral NSFW, lolicon, sexual interactions with unconsenting parties(this ALWAYS includes minors as they are incapable of consent), to express/advertise hateful/dangerous ideals or groups, to promote any of the aforementioned issues, and anything else similar in nature.

VIII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS1. Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.2. You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work NOT done.3. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.4. You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.5. Down payments for adopts and for payment plans are non refundable. The down payment will be clearly stated in the commission/Adopt information.6. I am happy to discuss full refunds for special cases but this will be done privately and at my own discretion.

VIIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following through email ([email protected]) after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested (some file types will need to be paid for; this includes psd files to avoid unwarranted edits or use of the art for commercial purposes without payment). These will be emailed together:
